Faratoluwa Oyesanya

Mr Oyesanya is a Real Estate expert with over 18 years of experience in diverse industries such as telecommunications, oil and gas, financial services, and technology.

He joined Heritage Place, the first and most prestigious LEED Certified Commercial Multi-Tenanted Building in Lagos, Nigeria as the pioneer Facility Manager in 2016. He successfully led a diverse team of professionals, managing an annual revenue of over $12m. Mr Oyesanya also won the Best Managed Commercial Facility Award in 2018 from the Broll Group, Nigeria, and the Lagos State Award for Green Building Practice in the commercial division in 2018. His excellent service delivery led to his promotion to Property Manager (a business manager role). He later joined Propel Properties and Facilities Services Limited as the Chief Operating Officer.

He graduated with distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science in Real Estate Economics and Finance. He is also a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (I.W.F.M.) United Kingdom, and a Certified Member of the International Facilities Management Association, United States of America (IFMA), where he also bagged the Facilities Management Professional (F.M.P.) credential in 2014. He holds a master’s degree in Facilities Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, in 2016 and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Lagos State University, Nigeria, in 2005.
Mr Oyesanya was appointed Managing Director of First Ally Properties Limited. He joined with a wealth of experience and expertise in real estate.
